How long does shipping usually take? And can I use a PO.Box as shipping address?

Usually we ship the order within 24 hours after confirmation, except for weekends, holidays and custom products. Fast and free by GIG/Speedaf/FEDEX/UPS and so on, 3-5 working days. You will receive a notification after your order is shipped.

NOTE: PO.Box is not accepted. Don't use a PO.Box as your shipping address. Otherwise the package cannot be delivered. You need to add your phone number when you file the shipping info.

How can I track my order?

Here is how you track your order:

  • Log into your account to view the status of your order
  • Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped
  • You cannot track your order before it has been shipped

Do I need to pay the tax?

Usually you do not need to pay taxes, but if your country's customs is more stringent, you will be charged a certain amount of duties. We usually try to avoid tariffs for you with a low-declared invoice with parcels, however, it is not 100% guaranteed. You will need to pay the duties if the customs still charges customs duties.

Can I get my wig free part? Can I change my part to side part or middle part?

Yes, all of our lace wigs are free part. You can change to free part or side part again, so no worries about that if you got the wig with a middle part already!

Can They Be Straightened, Curled?

Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straighter or tongs even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

Can I Dye Color The Hair?

Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you cannot get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

Can I have a large size / small size?

All of our stock is standard medium size, which is 22.5 inches. And it has adjustable straps. Normally it can match the head of most people. If you want a very large / small cap, you can contact us to customize, and it needs 2-5 days to be shipped out.

What type of hair care products should I use?

Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair:

  • Use good shampoo and hair conditioner to care for the hair. It's important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
  • You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.
  • Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.

How long can it last?

Normally it depends on your method/level of care. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 12 months.
